Another in house cake😊. For long time I wanted to try a 3D cake with whippedcream. In my opinion whippedcream is the most fragile mode to work with next to creamcheese frosting, but still wanted to take the risk with it..as I have seen so many bakers creating lovely 3D cakes with whippedcream..so…its not perfect…but I made few notes to my self for my next 3D cake with whippedcream. The jelly icecubes was a new learning though. The cake was a chocolate cake ganache and Ferrero Rocher filling. #
