When its a celebration in the family, I always try to bake something new. And this chocolate entremet with chocolate mirror glaze was in my mind for quite a long time..atlast could tick the box😊. An entremet is nothing but a mousse with different layers having different components. But since this was my 1st try, did not went for complexities…so mine was a simple chocolate mousse with chocolate chunks and madeleine biscuit base with chocolate marbel mirror glaze. Must tell the mirror glasze is not as easy as its shows in the reels😄…and one should take a top plain surface mold if they want to do a mirror glaze..since my was a diamond heart shape…it took me 2 to 3 layers to get the mousse fully covered wirh glaze🙄 and above all the right consistancy of the glaze is very important😊 …but the taste came out good ..so all hardwork paid off😄😋
