A beautifully handcrafted baked creation made with love and attention to detail.Sourdough Bread. Baking sourdough bread was in my bucket list for so so long time. I have a few failed attempt to make the starter. And everytime I failed I got dissappointed and thought will never try it again….but I kept trying and kept failing to make the starter😝, until I met with my bread angle @roamingbovines and she lend me her starter “Cleo” and shared with me all her knowledge of baking a bread. So, a big thanks to her.. I don’t remember how many times I pinged her with my queries😃😃. Jenn told me you must name your starter…so I named it “Hope” …with the hope I will make the bread someday. So coming back to todays bread…it was not perfect…but I was happy with my 1st attempt😊😊. And now I know why this breads are called Artisan Breads….you need to dedicate a lot of time behind them😃. But I will now keep trying to make them with the “Hope” to become perfect❤️😊😊😊
