As she is going to feed her baby the cake for the 1st time. So the moment I got the request , I told her I have only done cakes using natural sugar but never did anything what sge wants, so better to look with some different baker 😊. With this I thought the conversation stopped there. But just beginning of this week the lady came up with a recipe which fullfills all her requirment and wanted me to bake it for her. But I told her that I don’t do new recipes without trying 1st and there is no time for it🤔. Also reccomended her some big baking house names, who can help her. But she kept insisting to make it for her…so I thought to take a chance..but I told her I will check the ingredient prices and give her the final price as all the ingredients are new to me😜. After checking the ingredient price I as a baker did not felt that she should spend so much for a cake without sugar😃😃, so I again told her to rethink but she was very adament that she wanted it. And finally the cake was done, with 1st time me trying to convince my client not to order this cake from me😝😝😜😜. And please check the feedback in the next slide. I was so glad they could eat it😜😜😝😝. But this made me think, I should try taking such risk to make different cakes😃😃🤔🤔. . . . .
